If you're a beginner, or if you're new to chest exercises, then this is the video for you! In this first day of the challenge, we'll be teaching you how to do a basic chest exercise that you can do at home. After following this exercise routine for a month, you'll be well on your way to a strong and toned chest!


This 30-day chest workout challenge will help you get your best chest ever. The challenge consists of 30 different workouts and you can complete them every other day, or as one workout per day. Workouts are between 2 minutes to 6 minutes long, they're all done at home, and they're mostly bodyweight exercises .
