Burn Cellulite exercise: Hip extensions bent knee
Floor Hip Extension - knee flexion
This exercise is a favorite for people who have recently started training because having the leg flexed prevents overloading of the leg muscles while maintaining focus on the large gluteal muscle.
Istructions:
1-Lean on elbows with one knee slightly lifted from the floor and a flexed leg.
2- While contracting the large gluteal muscle push the foot higher maintaining a flexed leg.
3- Lower the foot back to the starting position.
