Ideal for all those who wish to train the muscles of the legs and of the gluteus in just 20 minutes. This training aims to work intensively and specifically the gluteus and quadriceps, performing medium/advanced exercises that actively stimulate these areas. The structure of the training is conceived alternating exercises for each of the targeted areas (legs and buttocks) in order to be able to work both areas and, at the same time, avoid the "monotony" of the usual routine that involves multiple consecutive series for each same exercise.
