Buttocks Exercises : hip abduction with swiss ball is an innovative butt exercise originated by P4P team. We know that training buttocks is not simple and often requires special equipment or great physical efforts. That is why we designed butt exercise which is easy-to-use and require only swiss ball (fitball). However you may use any appropriate support in case you not have a ball.

Function: Hip abduction exercise stimulates the buttocks on the lateral side of the leg - gluteus medius and gluteus minimus muscles, and seems to be perfect exercise for women and men who want to tone up or strengthen this area of the body.

You can perform that butt exercise at home, in gym or outdoor.
