Push Up is probably the most common exercise for chest. The reason here is that anybody can use it in his home chest workout. The Explosive Push Up Exercise is a kind of advanced variation.

Instruction: Lie down, with your chest slightly off the ground. Your elbows should be behind the shoulder axis. Contract your pectoral muscles and triceps, and give yourself, an explosive push upwards. Simple and effective chest exercise for use at home.
