Burpees is not only a chest exercise. It's an effective advanced exercise involving several muscle groups at the same time: the shoulder and arm muscles, chest muscles and leg muscles. The Burpees is therefore one of the exercises most often used by American Marines in their training, as a complete and efficient exercise for improving aerobic capacity.

Instruction: crouch down until you can rest your hands on the ground. Put your weight on your arms and extend your legs with the jump. Your hands are parallel with a pectoral muscles. Keeping your elbows tight to the torso and forcing your triceps and perctoral muscles lower yourself with your arms. Push Up, and with another jump, bringh your legs back to your body and stand up. Perform that exercise as fast as possible.
