Wall Sit is a variation on the classic "squat" exercise. Just like a traditional squat, this is an excellent exercise for strengthening the muscles of the lower limbs, thighs, quadriceps, glutes and calves. More importantly, a lesser load is placed on the back when performing this kind of squats.
