How to train your forearms
Forearms work in every grip, whether you think about them or not: wrist curls, reverse curls and dead hangs from a bar train them directly. They are the muscles that decide how long you can hold a weight, and so how many reps the rest of your body gets to do: when you let go, it's rarely strength, it's grip.
Here you'll find the exercises on video with form, common mistakes and the muscles involved. Short movements, light loads, many reps: the forearm responds to time under tension, not to load. And because it joins in with almost everything you do with your hands, it belongs at the end of a session, not the start.
