Description

Wide V-ups are a variation of the more well-known “V-ups”. In addition to being fairly difficult, this exercise is perfect for making all the abdominal muscles work at the same time. If performed correctly, you will train your entire abdominal core while also reinforcing the lumbar muscles and, secondarily, the thighs.

How to do it

  1. 1In a supine position, hold your arms and legs in a slightly raised and spread out position. Form an “X” with your body.
  2. 2Raise your arms and legs at the same time, bringing your hands to your ankles.
  3. 3Return to the initial position.

⚠️ Common mistakes

  • Bend excessively your legs during the exercise
  • Place your heels on the ground at the end of the exercise

Now you know how it is done. In the app it joins the other exercises and becomes a multi-week plan.
