Description

Also known as dand, the Hindu push-up engages most muscle groups and builds overall strength. It works your chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs, and abs. Hindu push-ups also increase stamina and aerobic endurance, boost functional strength, and stimulate the release of anabolic hormones.

How to do it

  1. 1Assume a push-up position, with your arms parallel to each other.
  2. 2Raise your hips in the air until your body takes a V shape and your hands are locked out. Your chest should be just above the flour.
  3. 3Inhale while you push. Exhale when lowering your body.
  4. 4Move your hips back to return to the starting position. Your body should move fluidly and in control.

⚠️ Common mistakes

  • Go up and down straight
